SYNOPSIS In the 1980s, a young Ferran Adrià stumbles into the kitchens of elBulli by chance. What begins as a temporary job becomes the start of a gastronomic revolution that will change his life—and the world of cuisine—forever. Decades later, in 2025, Gloria Canabach, a retired food critic haunted by guilt, returns from the United States after her father’s death.
