SYNOPSIS
In the 1980s, a young Ferran Adrià stumbles into the kitchens of elBulli by chance. What
begins as a temporary job becomes the start of a gastronomic revolution that will change his
life—and the world of cuisine—forever.
Decades later, in 2025, Gloria Canabach, a retired food critic haunted by guilt, returns from
the United States after her father’s death. There, she reconnects with her niece Lola, and
together they decide to reopen the family restaurant, Can Canabach. As Ferran says
goodbye to elBulli and Gloria seeks forgiveness, both find in cuisine a way to heal—and
begin again.
